Growing confidence in the housing market has prompted BHP Home to take the bold step of opening a new branch in Durham City.
BHP Home has so many properties on its books and a growing number of interested buyers, landlords and tenants that it has opened a sales and lettings office in Claypath.
The branch will provide a one stop shop for clients, who can draw on the advice of BHP Law's legal team and financial advisers while buying or selling through the sales office.
